Tips for Eating Breakfast Every Day
- Try to plan your daily meals, including breakfast, in advance.
- If you can't eat at home, pack breakfast the night before and bring it to eat "on the go" or at your desk.
- Try to include healthy foods that will keep you full, like whole grains, fruit, and low-fat protein-rich foods.
- Example meal at home: ¾ cup cooked oatmeal with ½ cup berries and 8 oz. skim milk
- Example meal for "on the go": whole whole-grain granola bar, 4 oz. low-fat yogurt, 1 medium banana
